These Terms of Use apply to the Harden Homes home-search website at hardenrealestate.com, including its property search, accounts, saved homes, saved searches, property alerts and messages (together, the “site”). The site is operated by Kevin Harden, Associate Broker with RE/MAX Around Atlanta, licensed in the State of Georgia (“Harden Homes,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Your account
An account lets you save homes and searches and receive property alerts. Your email address is your username and the phone number you give is what you use to sign in, so please keep both accurate. Because a phone number is not a secret, anyone who knows your email address and phone number could sign in to your account; please sign out on shared devices, and contact Kevin if you think someone else has used your account. Your account holds only your saved homes, searches, notes and preferences — never payment details. An account is for one person. We may suspend or close an account that is misused.
Emails and text messages
When you create an account by ticking the agreement box, you agree to receive emails and automated text messages from Kevin Harden/Harden Homes about your home search, property alerts and real estate services at the email address and phone number you provide. Agreeing is not required to purchase any property or services.
- Message frequency varies with your searches and alert settings. Message and data rates may apply to texts.
- Reply STOP to any text to end texts, or HELP for help. You may also tell us in any other reasonable way, including by contacting Kevin directly.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any email to end marketing emails, including property alerts.
- You can change these choices at any time in My Account. Stopping messages does not close your account; your saved homes and searches are kept.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not use automated or prerecorded marketing calls.
Property information
Listing information on the site comes from First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS) and is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Listings may be sold, withdrawn, changed or inaccurate at any time. Measurements, school assignments, taxes, lot size and other details should be verified independently before you rely on them. IDX information is provided exclusively for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing.
No agency relationship from using the site
Using the site, creating an account or saving a search does not make Kevin Harden or RE/MAX Around Atlanta your real estate agent or broker. A brokerage relationship exists only under a written agreement signed by you, as Georgia law requires. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, financial or lending advice.
Acceptable use
Please use the site for your own home search. Do not copy or scrape listings or other content by automated means, interfere with the site’s security or operation, use another person’s account or contact details, or use the site for any unlawful or discriminatory purpose. Harden Homes is committed to the letter and spirit of the Fair Housing Act.
Other services
Maps and some other features are provided by third parties, such as Google Maps, under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites the site links to.
Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided “as is” and may be unavailable or contain errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, Harden Homes is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on its information. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Changes and contact
